With the "My Contacts" feature, you can save up to five different users apart from yourself; this way, you can quickly check and report outages for a family member or acquaintance.

You can also utilize functionalities to request quotes and manage ongoing processes, including:

• New Connection
• Plant Relocation
• Your Procedures
• Payment of the quote and advance;
• Client Operations Completion

Payments are also within reach: pay (at no additional cost) your service bills for the metering of your production system and quotes through the e-Payment service.
